  • Four Mile Fire Protection District's Strategic Plan was undertaken by board Members Rob Constable Cassie Stonecash and Fire Chief Bret Gibson. Input from several other members of the department was also provided at various stages of the Strategic Plan's development. The Strategic Plan contains a brief history of the department; 'Mission' and 'Vision' statements; and a SWOT Analysis. The SWOT Analysis delves into Four Mile's Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, in addition to outlining 'Goals and Objectives.' Some of the outlined goals and objectives have already been achieved, while others are currently in progress. The plan was officially adopted at the January 2024 board meeting.
